Bu koşullar SpeakTable uygulamasını ve speaktable.com’u kullanımını düzenler. SpeakTable’ı 4ourstack adı altında bireysel geliştirici Eren Akay sunar (“biz”). Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları ve gizlilik politikasını (https://speaktable.com/privacy) kabul etmiş olursun. Apple’ın standart lisans sözleşmesi de (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) geçerlidir; çelişki olursa bu koşullar SpeakTable hizmetine özgü konularda öncelik taşır.These terms govern your use of the SpeakTable app and speaktable.com. SpeakTable is provided by Eren Akay, an individual developer working under the 4ourstack name (“we”). By using the app you accept these terms and the privacy policy (https://speaktable.com/privacy). Apple’s standard licence agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies; where they conflict on matters specific to the SpeakTable service, these terms prevail.
1. Kimler kullanabilir1. Who can use SpeakTable
SpeakTable’ı yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzerindekiler kullanabilir. Hesabın sana aittir; başkasına devredemez, paylaşamazsın.You must be 18 or older to use SpeakTable. Your account is personal; you may not transfer or share it.
2. Hizmet2. The service
SpeakTable’da gerçek insanlarla ve yapay zekâ (AI) karakterlerle canlı, sesli sahneler oynarsın. AI karakterlerin, koçun ve raporların içeriği yapay zekâ tarafından üretilir; yanlış, eksik ya da beklenmedik olabilir. Dil öğrenmeye yardımcı bir araçtır; resmî sınav sonucu, profesyonel, tıbbi ya da hukuki tavsiye değildir.In SpeakTable you play live spoken scenes with real people and AI characters. What the AI characters, the coach and the reports say is generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or unexpected. It is a language-learning aid, not an official exam result or professional, medical or legal advice.

Odalarda gerçek insanlar var. Taciz, tehdit, nefret söylemi, cinsel içerik ya da cinsel taciz, şiddete teşvik, kişisel bilgi ifşası, spam, yasa dışı içerik ve başkalarını rahatsız etmeye yönelik her türlü davranış yasaktır. Bu tür içeriklere ve onları üretenlere hiçbir tolerans göstermeyiz.Rooms have real people in them. Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content or sexual harassment, incitement to violence, sharing others’ personal information, spam, illegal content and any behaviour meant to upset others are forbidden. We have zero tolerance for such content and for the people who post it.
- Konuşmalar otomatik bir içerik filtresinden geçer. İhlalde önce uyarı alırsın; ağır ya da tekrarlanan ihlalde odadan çıkarılırsın.Speech passes through an automatic content filter. A violation gets a warning first; serious or repeated violations remove you from the room.
- Her kişiyi odada ya da rapor ekranında bildirebilir ve engelleyebilirsin. Engellediğin kişi seni anında duyamaz ve bir daha seninle eşleşmez.You can report and block anyone in the room or from the report screen. A blocked person stops hearing you at once and is never matched with you again.
- Bildirimleri 24 saat içinde inceleriz; ihlal eden içeriği kaldırır ve hesabı askıya alır ya da kapatırız.We review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content and suspend or close the account responsible.
4. Abonelik ve ücretsiz deneme4. Subscription and free trial
- Canlı sahneler abonelik gerektirir: aylık ya da yıllık. Fiyat, satın almadan önce uygulamada kendi para biriminde gösterilir.Live scenes need a subscription, monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the app in your currency before you buy.
- Yeni abonelere 1 haftalık ücretsiz deneme sunulabilir. Deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen abonelik başlar ve ücret alınır.New subscribers may get a one-week free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
- Ödeme Apple hesabından alınır. Abonelik, dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik yenilenir. İptal ve yönetim: iPhone’da Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler.Payment is charged to your Apple account. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel or manage it on your iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Adil kullanım: konuşma süresi denemede günde 20 dakika, abonelikte günde 60 dakikadır; süre kendi saat diliminde gece yarısı sıfırlanır.Fair use: speaking time is 20 minutes a day during the trial and 60 minutes a day with a subscription, reset at midnight in your time zone.
- İade talepleri Apple’ın kurallarına göre Apple üzerinden yapılır (https://reportaproblem.apple.com). Hesabını silmek aboneliğini iptal etmez.Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules (https://reportaproblem.apple.com). Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
5. İçeriğin5. Your content
Söylediklerin ve girdiğin bilgiler sana aittir. Hizmeti sunabilmemiz için (yazıya dökmek, koçluk, rapor, güvenlik) bunları gizlilik politikasındaki gibi işlememize izin verirsin. Başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik paylaşmamaktan sen sorumlusun.What you say and the details you enter remain yours. You allow us to process them as described in the privacy policy so we can provide the service (transcription, coaching, reports, safety). You are responsible for not sharing content that infringes others’ rights.
6. Yasak kullanımlar6. Prohibited use
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmek, otomatik araçlarla kullanmak, limitleri aşmaya çalışmak, başkasının hesabını kullanmak ya da hizmeti aksatmak yasaktır.You may not reverse-engineer the app, use it with automated tools, try to get around its limits, use someone else’s account or disrupt the service.
7. Askıya alma ve fesih7. Suspension and termination
Bu koşulları ihlal edersen hesabını askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz. Hesabını istediğin an Ayarlar → Hesabı sil ile silebilirsin.We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.
8. Sorumluluk8. Liability
Hizmeti özenle sunarız ancak kesintisiz ya da hatasız olacağını garanti edemeyiz. Yürürlükteki tüketici mevzuatının izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici olarak kanundan doğan hakların saklıdır.We provide the service with care but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the applicable consumer law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
9. Değişiklikler9. Changes
Bu koşulları değiştirebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada önceden duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.We may change these terms; we announce significant changes in the app in advance. Continuing to use SpeakTable after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk10. Governing law
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici uyuşmazlıklarında yerleşim yerindeki tüketici hakem heyetine ve tüketici mahkemesine başvurabilirsin.These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer law and courts of the country where they live.
