SpeakTable, canlı ve sesli rol oyunlarıyla dil pratiği yaptığın bir uygulamadır. Bu metin hangi verini neden işlediğimizi, kimlerle paylaştığımızı, ne kadar sakladığımızı ve haklarını anlatır. Kısaca: sesini kaydetmeyiz, verini satmayız, reklam ya da izleme için kullanmayız ve hesabını uygulamadan istediğin an silebilirsin.SpeakTable is an app for practising a language through live, spoken role-play. This policy explains what data we process and why, who processes it for us, how long we keep it and what your rights are. In short: we do not record your voice, we do not sell your data, we do not use it for ads or tracking, and you can delete your account in the app at any time.

1. Biz kimiz1. Who we are

SpeakTable, 4ourstack adı altında bireysel geliştirici Eren Akay tarafından geliştirilir ve yayınlanır. Kişisel verilerin bakımından veri sorumlusu Eren Akay'dır. 2. Hangi verileri işliyoruz2. What we process

  • Hesap: Apple ya da Google ile giriş yaptığında hesap kimliğin ve e-posta adresin (Apple’ın gizli yönlendirme adresi olabilir). Şifre tutmayız.Account: when you sign in with Apple or Google, your account identifier and e-mail address (which may be Apple’s private relay address). We do not store passwords.
  • Profil: odalarda başkalarına görünen adın, öğrendiğin ve ana dilin, hedefin, meslek ve ilgi alanların, seviyen.Profile: the first name others see in rooms, the language you learn and your native language, your goal, occupation, interests and level.
  • Ses: canlı odada konuştuğun her şey anlık olarak odaya iletilir ve yazıya dökülür. Ses kaydı tutmayız; yalnızca yazıya dökülmüş metin saklanır.Voice: what you say in a live room is streamed to the room and transcribed in real time. We do not keep audio recordings; only the transcript is stored.
  • Öğrenme verileri: oda dökümleri, koç düzeltmeleri, oturum raporların, kelime defterin, konuşma süren ve günlük kullanım dakikaların.Learning data: room transcripts, coach corrections, your session reports, your notebook, your speaking time and daily minutes used.
  • Sahne cevapları (isteğe bağlı): bazı sahnelerin sorduğu yaş, meslek, evcil hayvan, CV gibi bilgiler. Yalnızca “Sahne cevaplarımı hatırla”yı açarsan hesabında saklanır; açmazsan cihazında kalır ve yalnızca o oda için gönderilir. Hassas alanlar asla zorunlu değildir.Scene answers (optional): details some scenes ask for, such as age, occupation, pets or a CV. They are stored on your account only if you turn on “Remember my scene answers”; otherwise they stay on your device and are sent for that room only. Sensitive fields are never required.

  • Güvenlik: yaptığın ya da hakkında yapılan şikâyetler, engellediğin kişiler, içerik filtresinin işaretlediği satırlar ve moderasyon kararları.Safety: reports you file or that are filed about you, people you block, lines flagged by the content filter, and moderation decisions.
  • Teknik veriler: oturum başına gecikme ve maliyet ölçümleri; bağlantı sırasında IP adresin ve cihaz türün (oda bağlantısı için gerekir). Uygulamada analitik, reklam ya da çökme raporlama aracı yoktur.Technical data: per-session latency and cost measurements; your IP address and device type while connected (needed for the room connection). The app contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDK.

3. Neden işliyoruz ve hukuki dayanak3. Why we process it and on what basis

  • Hizmeti sunmak: odayı kurmak, personaların sana cevap vermesi, koç ve yardımcı, rapor ve defter (sözleşmenin ifası).To provide the service: running rooms, personas answering you, the coach and helper, reports and the notebook (performance of our contract with you).
  • Konuşmalarını yazıya dökmek ve sahne cevaplarını saklamak: açık rızan. Rızanı odaya girmeden önce alırız; istediğin an geri alabilirsin.Transcribing your speech and keeping scene answers: your explicit consent, asked before your first room; you can withdraw it at any time.
  • Güvenlik ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek: içerik filtresi, şikâyet, engelleme ve askı (meşru menfaat ve hukuki yükümlülük).Safety and abuse prevention: the content filter, reports, blocking and suspensions (legitimate interest and legal obligations).
  • Abonelik ve günlük dakika limiti: sözleşmenin ifası.Subscriptions and the daily minute limit: performance of our contract.
  • Hizmeti iyileştirmek: gecikme ve maliyet ölçümleri (meşru menfaat). Konuşmalarını model eğitmek için kullanmayız ve hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın kullanmasına izin vermeyiz.Improving the service: latency and cost measurements (legitimate interest). We do not use your conversations to train models and do not let our providers do so.

4. Odadaki diğer kişiler4. Other people in a room

Bir odada başka insanlar varsa adını ve rolünü görür, sesini duyarlar; senin satırların onların oda dökümünde ve raporlarında yer alabilir. Koç düzeltmeleri ve yardımcı balonları yalnızca sana görünür. Odadaki AI karakterler yapay zekâ tarafından üretilir ve öyle işaretlenir.If other people are in a room, they see your name and role and hear your voice; your lines can appear in their transcript and reports. Coach corrections and helper bubbles are visible only to you. The AI characters in a room are generated by AI and labelled as such.

5. Verini kimler işliyor5. Who processes your data for us

Hizmeti sunmak için aşağıdaki sağlayıcılarla çalışırız. Hepsi verini yalnızca bizim adımıza ve bu amaçlarla işler; hiçbirine veri satmayız.We use the providers below to run the service. They process your data only on our behalf and for these purposes; we sell data to no one.

  • Hetzner Online (Almanya, AB): sunucularımız, veritabanı ve yedekler.Hetzner Online (Germany, EU): our servers, database and backups.
  • LiveKit (ABD): canlı ses odaları; ses iletilir, kaydedilmez.LiveKit (USA): live audio rooms; audio is relayed, not recorded.
  • Deepgram (ABD): konuşmanın yazıya dökülmesi. Model geliştirme programından çıkış ayarı açıktır; sesin modellerini eğitmek için kullanılmaz.Deepgram (USA): speech-to-text. We opt out of its model improvement programme; your audio is not used to train its models.

6. Yurt dışına aktarım6. International transfers

Yukarıdaki sağlayıcıların bir kısmı ABD’dedir; bu nedenle konuşma metnin ve hesap verilerin Türkiye ve AB dışına aktarılır. 7. Ne kadar saklıyoruz7. How long we keep it

  • Hesap, profil, raporlar, dökümler, düzeltmeler ve defter: hesabını silene kadar.Account, profile, reports, transcripts, corrections and notebook: until you delete your account.
  • Kullanılmayan hesaplar: 2 yıl boyunca giriş yapılmazsa hesap ve tüm verileri otomatik silinir.Unused accounts: if you do not sign in for 2 years, the account and all its data are deleted automatically.
  • Şikâyetler ve kanıt satırları: güvenlik için, hesap silinse de, şikâyet tarihinden itibaren 2 yıl.Abuse reports and their evidence lines: 2 years from the report, for safety, even if the account is deleted.
  • Sunucudaki oda kayıt dosyaları (hata ayıklama için): 14 gün.Room log files on the server (for debugging): 14 days.
  • Veritabanı yedekleri: 14 gün. Silinen veriler en geç bu sürede yedeklerden de kalkar.Database backups: 14 days. Deleted data leaves the backups within this time at the latest.
  • Ses: saklanmaz.Audio: not kept.

8. Hakların8. Your rights

Verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, itiraz etme, rızanı geri alma ve verini taşınabilir biçimde isteme hakların vardır (KVKK m. 11 ve GDPR). Profilini Ayarlar’dan düzeltebilir, hesabını Ayarlar → Hesabı sil ile hemen silebilirsin: https://speaktable.com/delete. Diğer talepler için giriş yaptığın hesabın e-posta adresinden support@4ourstack.com adresine yaz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Şikâyetin varsa Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na (AB’de kendi ülkendeki denetim otoritesine) başvurabilirsin.You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent and to receive your data in a portable format (KVKK art. 11 and GDPR). You can edit your profile in Settings and delete your account immediately in Settings → Delete account: https://speaktable.com/delete. For anything else, write to support@4ourstack.com from the e-mail of the account you signed in with; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (or, in the EU, your local supervisory authority).

9. Yaş sınırı9. Age limit

SpeakTable 18 yaş ve üzeri içindir. 18 yaşından küçük birinin hesabı olduğunu öğrenirsek hesabı sileriz.SpeakTable is for people aged 18 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we delete it.

10. Güvenlik10. Security

Tüm bağlantılar şifrelidir (HTTPS / şifreli WebRTC). Sunuculara erişim anahtarla ve en az yetkiyle sınırlıdır; giriş belirteçleri kısa ömürlüdür ve özetlenerek saklanır.All connections are encrypted (HTTPS / encrypted WebRTC). Server access is key-based and least-privilege; sign-in tokens are short-lived and stored hashed.

11. Değişiklikler11. Changes

Bu metni değiştirirsek tarihini güncelleriz; önemli değişikliklerde uygulamada haber veririz ve gerekiyorsa rızanı yeniden isteriz.If we change this policy we update its date; for significant changes we tell you in the app and ask for your consent again where needed.
